The result:

Full-fledged white-labeled platform of TeleTrustMD is available through SaaS to any clinic or doctor, HIPAA compliant and keeping all the data only at clinic's EMR, while ultimately simple to use by both doctors and patients. 6 months from a business idea to the realization with keeping the TeleTrustMD team 100% focused on business and partnerships rather than tech details.

TeleHealth Solutions

TeleHealth Solutions is a patient centered company with mission to deliver expert medical care in the post-acute care and hospital setting. Everchanging regulations in the area challenged their monolith Java, AngularJS, PostgreSQL based solution for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living (ALF) & Continuing Care Retirement (CCR), worsened with unprecedented performance issues driven by the pandemic.

Solution proposed:

Bringing CI/CD approach as the main goal, the project started with Load Testing using JMeter and CAST Highlight. GitFlow was chosen as per customer awareness with AWS Dev Tools. DevOps 101 training and deployment delivered fully tailored for existing environment.

The result:

Overall development process streamlined (dev team efficiency reported increase 200%), Cost per Unit (driven mainly by DevTest and QA massive optimization) decreased 70%.

Medici.md

Medici.md provides HIPAA-compliant end-to-end virtual care (simplified and specialized FaceTime/Zoom/Skype for healthcare professionals). CodeXteam was selected as the main supplier with the goal to turn a business idea into the working project.
